Keeping physically active and fit is integral to a healthy life. Regular exercise can produce life-long health benefits including a stronger immune system. But keeping fit doesn't have to be a chore! Get friends and family involved – sign up the kids to gymnastics, or join a team sport like netball or futsal.
Our fitness facilities include:
- one multi-purpose room which is used for group fitness and is also available for hire;
- stadium – where you can play basketball and various sport.
